As a busy woman and mum myself I used to have a really bad relationship with food. I would stress eat and later starve myself to undo the damage. I was under constant stress from work and family life which caused exhaustion and me having zero willpower to exercise. I felt unattractive to myself. I was constantly tired. I would bark at my kids and husband.
I used to think that I will never be fit and healthy again because I just didn't have the time and energy for exercise and meal prep.
It took me a lot of trial and error to find out that health and feeling good can be achieved with minimum time and effort.
I now teach my clients how to transformation their body and mind with the simplest steps. I help my busy women get in their best shape and I teach them how to keep it forever.
